Jill Forest & Kaitlin SchSchneider

Jill is a fantastic manager, and Kaitlin her assistant is so professional. I am leaving Deer Ridge only because I have purchased a home. Both Jill and Kaitlin were so wonderful to contact me with showings. I was at my townhome when they brought a couple in. They are true professionals in everyway. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed living at Deer Ridge with the wonderful management staff.

Polite, professional, and very reliable maintenance staff

Thanks to maintenance for their fast response times and attention to detail. Our unit feels a bit warmer this evening even though the heat is off. Nothing beats polite and professional. Thanks a lot! -tony

Great place to live

I've been at Deer Ridge for three years and plan to stay a lot longer. It's a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with well-built homes with lots of space. The maintenance staff is fantastic and always fixes whatever needs doing in a very short time. And I love the fact that it's pet friendly.

Stepford Like

It's beautiful and wonderful here. Everybody is very friendly, kind of reminds me of something you see out of Stepford Wives....but I digress! The staff are super prompt, friendly, caring and I like their availability. You'll love it here because my cat and I sure do!

Living here is like a dream come true

Living at Deer Ridge is amazing. The staff here are very friendly and beyond helpful. Our home is wonderful and we could not be happier that we moved here

Leasing Consultant

I just wanted to write a quick review about Courtney Schoenberger. Courtney was very professional, kind, and courteous and answered all of our questions, some even before we asked. She wrote down everything we d need to know about price and floor plans before we went to tour the homes. After looking at several other places it was awesome to have the DeerRidge information in one place this was something other leasing agents had not done for us. Thank you again Courtney for all of your help.

Wooded - spacious grounds- trails -animal friendly

I have not rented in a long time - and I apprieciate the ability to having been able to keep my pets - but I think the rent is high enough without charging rent for the animals. It does not cost the complex to keep them warm or cool.

Amazing

I have lived in a lot of apartments and we never stayed for more than year, this if the first place we ever resigned a lease with. We are only leaving to purchase a home. I have never had an issue with the staff, they respond quickly to issues and are very friendly. The units themselves are beautiful and the neighborhood always looks well kept. It's a very safe neighborhood and convenient to many highways. I will miss this place!

Outstanding

Lots of amenities. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Maintenance answers calls really fast, every time we have an issue they are there to fix it within a day. plenty of options and floor plans for any lifestyle.

Very nice place to live, highly recommend!

The area is very convienent to major highways and shopping centers. It's quiet living close to a big city. Deer Ridge staff are nice and easy to deal with and address problems immediately. I would highly recommend Deer Ridge!
